Rogue Credit Union Honored With Employee Experience Award

ROGUE CREDIT UNION HONORED WITH EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AWARD FROM GOWEST CREDIT UNION ASSOCIATION

Medford, OR – Rogue Credit Union has been recognized with the Employee Experience Award from the GoWest Credit Union Association, celebrating the credit union’s outstanding commitment to team member well-being, engagement and innovation.

The award highlights Rogue’s success with Rogue Thrives, a comprehensive wellness program launched to support team members’ physical, financial and mental health. Through the program, team members can earn a $300 wellness incentive by participating in activities that support their well-being. Featuring on-demand videos, exercise tips, financial education resources, fun challenges, prizes and more, Rogue Thrives has quickly become a part of the credit union’s culture.

“We are incredibly proud of the way our team has embraced Rogue Thrives,” said Laura Hansen, Senior Vice President of Loyalty and Employee Experience. “At Rogue, we know that when our team members thrive, our entire community benefits. This award is evidence of that belief in action.”

The Rogue Thrives program continues to achieve exceptional results. In its first year, 62% of team members registered for the program, nearly double the industry average. And of those who registered, 76% engaged with resources, challenges and more.

These outcomes reflect Rogue Credit Union’s sincere commitment to creating a workplace culture that supports the well-being of its team members. Rogue, which serves members across Oregon, Idaho and California, continues to set an example in the credit union movement by prioritizing team member well-being alongside member service.
