In Online Banking: Hover your cursor over "More," then over it over "Settings & Profile." Click "View Online Statements" and check the box next to "Go Paperless."
In Mobile Banking: Tap "More" in the bottom menu, then tap "View Online Statements." Check the box next to "Go Paperless."
Freezing your card helps prevent unauthorized purchases while you locate it or request a replacement. Follow the steps below to freeze your card in Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app.
In Online Banking: Hover your cursor over "Cards" and select "Card Controls." Underneath the image of your card, you'll see "Card is ON." Toggle the switch next to that, and an alert message will appear. Tap "yes" to freeze your card.
In Mobile Banking: Tap "More" in the bottom menu, then tap "Cards" Tap "Card Controls".
