The security and protection of your personal information is a top priority for Rogue Credit Union. We work diligently to ensure that your personal information is as secure and protected as possible.

How we protect you through online banking
Rogue Credit Union is dedicated to protecting the identity of our members online. An important step in protecting your information is restricting online access to your accounts until you've enrolled in online banking.
Our entire online banking and website experience is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts all your personal information such as member numbers, passwords and other shared information.
Access to Rogue Credit Union online is also protected by various other security tools that we don’t disclose. Many of these tools and features are set-up to predict actions that are out of the ordinary for you. If you ever feel like your personal information has been compromised, please contact us.
Submitting online applications:
Information you provide through our online banking portal is secure and encrypted. In other words, it is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches Rogue Credit Union. You may check that your web session is secure by looking for a small lock symbol usually located in the lower corner of your web browser window. Current web browsers indicate when a web page is encrypted for transmission through this symbol. You may also look for the letters "https://" at the beginning of your website URL in your web browser. The "s" indicates that the web connection is secure.
Sending emails to Rogue Credit Union:
Emails sent to Rogue Credit Union are not secure. Therefore, we ask that you do not send personal information, such as your social security number or member number, to us via an unsecured email. This type of communication should take place at a branch or over the phone. Give us a call at 800.856.7328.
Live Chat with Rogue Credit Union:
Similar to email, Live Chat is not secure and therefore should not be used to send personal information. By using the Live Chat feature you understand that any chat questions or information you submit to the Rogue Credit Union through the website can be retained as a record of the credit union. Records of any chat information will not be shared or transferred to any third party except as required by law.
Links to third party sites:
Rogue Credit Union uses various partners to provide you with the tools you need online. In most cases, links to third party sites are provided as a resource for information and are not protected by the same privacy standards as Rogue Credit Union. Other third-party vendors, such as our online loan applications and online banking, are contractually obligated to protect your information. These sites are secure and covered within the guidelines of our privacy policy.
