Jeanne Pickens

Medford, OR – Rogue Credit Union is excited to name Jeanne Pickens as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer. With over 24 years at Rogue, Pickens began as a teller, advancing through leadership roles including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Loyalty. Since becoming Chief Operations Officer in 2015, she has led the member delivery, employee experience, marketing and facilities teams. She will play an expanded role in the organization's strategic planning and operational execution. “I am honored to step into the Executive Vice President role” said Pickens. “I am deeply committed to Rogue’s support of the communities we serve and partnering with our members on their journey to financial well-being.” Rogue’s President/CEO, Matt Stephenson, added, “I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Jeanne here at Rogue for over 18 years. During that time, she has excelled in various leadership roles throughout the credit union and has consistently risen to every opportunity. She has earned my trust and the board’s trust through a consistent dedication to our philosophies and a relentless pursuit of loyalty.”

Pickens is a lifelong Oregonian, originally born and raised in Prineville, Oregon. She moved to Southern Oregon to pursue her undergraduate degree at Southern Oregon University where she received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Certificate in Finance and Economics. She earned her Executive Master of Business Administration at Washington State University and graduated from Western CUNA Management School with Honors. She is also a graduate of the Medford/Jackson County Chamber Leadership Program.

In addition to her professional and educational accomplishments, she is active in the credit union movement and has collaborated with the i3 Filene Research Institute group and the GoWest Association. Jeanne has been recognized with Rogue’s Leadership Focus Award and the Marketing Department Team Award.

Jeanne dedicates her time to community engagement, coaching youth sports, and volunteering for local community service organizations. She serves on the La Clinica Board of Directors and the Asante Finance Committee. She has previously served on the Boards of the Kid Time, Crime Stoppers, and Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc.
