  • Voice Authentication: Enroll to verify your identity with your voice and help us find your information faster.
  • Virtual Assistant: Now available to serve you after hours!
  • Self-Service: New features available 24/7 to help you find account balances and recent transactions, activate cards and more.
  • Updated Call Routing: It’s easier than ever to connect with a team member who specializes in the area you’re calling about.
What’s changing?
  • Updated Menus: Our menus are now voice activated. Just say what you’re calling about and we’ll connect you with someone who can help!
  • Social Security Authentication: To help us keep your account information safe and provide you with faster service, you can now authenticate with your Social Security Number.
    • For calls about your account balance, recent transactions and other information available with our self-service features, you’ll be prompted to enter your SSN. 
    • For general calls, entering your SSN will help us locate your account information so it’s available when a team member takes your call. You can also wait on the line to verify your account information with a team member instead.

Reminder! Rogue Credit Union will never contact you to ask for personal information like your Social Security Number. We only ask for personal information if YOU contact US. If you receive a suspicious call or text from someone asking for this information on behalf of the credit union, hang up and/or ignore the message.
