Randy Mason is a Senior Relationship Manager with over 44 years of experience in small business management and finance. He has spent the past 22 years as a commercial lender, including 17 years with Rogue Credit Union. Randy specializes in SBA and government-guaranteed lending and has worked with various banks and agencies in Central California. He holds a Bachelor's in Humanities/Business Management and a Master's in Communications from California State University, Chico, and is a graduate of the Northwest Credit Union Association’s Business Lending School. Randy also serves on the board of CCD Business Development Corporation, having held leadership roles for over a decade.
